2310-Media Pitch Draft: CVAIA

Cache Valley Group Founded to Help Locals Achieve Financial Independence

Dear Bob,

I believe this group is exactly what your readers are looking for in your financial column. The group is called Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) and they’re trying to teach people how to increase their passive income and lower their expenses.

Preston Parker founded the group in August 2007. The idea behind CVAIA is that people should be able to spend their time doing something they love, not working to survive. They practice methods found in books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Automatic Millionaire, and the Secret, as well as many others. The group believes that education nullifies the risks of investing.

CVAIA meets every other Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Cache Chamber of Commerce Building. There is no cost to join CVAIA, which is open to new members who want to participate in attaining financial independence. CVAIA continues to grow in members and networks.

If you would like, I would be glad to set up an interview with Preston Parker. If you have any other questions or need additional material, feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Jon Bingham

  1. There are a few places that I would re-word to make them feel more concise. Other than that I think it flows well throughout.
